D\u00e9layer la levure avec le lait ti\u00e8de et laisser reposer 10 mn.<br \/>\n. S\u00e9parer le blanc du jaune des oeufs.<br \/>\n. Dans un saladier, m\u00e9langer au fouet la farine, la l\/2 cuiller\u00e9e \u00e0 caf\u00e9 de sel, la pinc\u00e9e de sucre, les jaunes d&rsquo;oeufs et le fromage blanc.<br \/>\n. Ajouter la levure d\u00e9lay\u00e9e dans le lait.<br \/>\n. Au batteur, monter les blancs en neige, avec une pinc\u00e9e de sel, jusqu&rsquo;\u00e0 qu&rsquo;ils soient bien ferme.<br \/>\n. Incorporer d\u00e9licatement \u00e0 la spatule le blanc en neige \u00e0 la p\u00e2te.<br \/>\n. Dans une po\u00eale bien chaude et graiss\u00e9e, disposer des petites louches de p\u00e2te.<br \/>\n.
